Review by hotel critic
The calm atmosphere of the hotel was refreshing, especially given the hustle of travel. The rooms were neat and comfortable, with solid air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and decent tea and coffee facilities - essentials for any weary traveler. While the staff were genuinely helpful, I did find the service a tad sluggish. For example, my booked car for 9:15 am arrived half a hour late - a slight inconvenience, but nothing too alarming. The breakfast spread was decent, and room service was available, adding to the comfort factor. In terms of value, Regenta straddles the line between luxury and budget well, making it an attractive option seeking a reasonable escape near the airport without overspending. Would I return? Absolutely, but I'd plan for a slightly longer breakfast wait!
